19 July 2012

After signing two more lease agreements, occupancy at Skanska’s Green Corner project in Warsaw is now at 95 percent. Construction on the office project is now underway in Warsaw’s Wola district, at the corner of Chłodna and Wronia streets. It is expected to bring a total of 27,000 sqm of new space to the local office market. The leases signed this week were for building A. Ruch, Poland’s biggest press distributor, which holds 40 percent share in the local market, is taking 2,380 sqm of space. The name of the second company that signed a lease this week was not disclosed, but it is reportedly taking 12,000 sqm of space.
The two companies will be joining Nordea Group, Grant Thornton, Services and CHI Polska.
The complex will include two seven-story office buildings. It is scheduled for completion later this year.
