Skanska has started selling 281 units as part of the final stage of Park Skandynawia

Skanska has launched the sale of 278 apartments in the fourth stage of the Park Skandynawia estate in Warsaw, the company said.

The newest and last, fourth stage of the estate is a total of 3 buildings with a diverse structure, which will include 278 apartments with an area of ​​25 to 125 m2 – including two-level ones. As part of the project, 3 service premises will also be built.

“We are just starting the sale of the fourth and final stage of the Park Skandynawia investment, which is the culmination of our many years of work in Gocław, Warsaw. The implementation of the entire project involved not only the construction of new apartments, but also the revitalization and development of the surrounding infrastructure. several hundred meters of new streets, and what is more – we extended one of the public roads: Jana Nowaka Jeziorańskiego St. We also developed underground technical infrastructure: water supply, sewage system, heating network, which serve not only buyers of apartments in our investment, but also residents of nearby buildings,” said Tomasz Soczawa, senior project manager at Skanska housing company, responsible for Park Skandynawia IV.
