Skanska Romania plans to invest €33m in the second phase of Green Court Bucharest. Work began in April and completion is set for May 2015. The first phase of the office project is 80 percent completed and has a lettable area of 19,500 sqm. The complex will consist of three buildings each with 12 floors above ground and three below and will total 52,000 sqm. Skanska Romania invested around €46m in the first phase.
