Skanska is planning to invest €33m in the second phase of its Mill Park office complex in Budapest. The building will offer about 17,700 sqm of office space on seven floors as well as three underground parking levels. The second phase is fully pre-leased. Construction has started and is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2018. Mill Park will offer a total of 36,000 sqm of leasable office space. The complex, which is aiming for LEED Gold, features a number of sustainable solutions that will help minimize the building’s environmental footprint and significantly reduce its operating costs.
