Skanska invests EUR 45 million in the second phase of the Equilibrium office project in the northern Bucharest. The second building will have a total leasable area of 19,900 sqm and 12-storey and it will comprise more than 200 parking lots above and underground. The project is LEED Gold pre-certified. Construction works for the second phase are planned to start in February 2021 and is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2023. At its completion, the entire two-building Equilibrium complex will offer 40,800 sqm of leasable area.
