Skanska leased 63,000 sqm this year

Skanska leased a total of 63,500 sqm across CEE this year. It’s a new record for the company. Two of Skanska’s biggest deals were signed in Wrocław, where the company’s Green Towers project is underway. The office complex is currently fully leased.
“In the current economic climate big companies are looking for clever ideas to enhance their operations, including cost optimization, and this is precisely what Skanska’s office buildings have to offer. It all proves that the green trend in the office sector, which directly translates into economic profits, is growing stronger,” said Waldemar Olbryk, President of Skanska Property Poland.
