Marcin Łapiński is the new vice president of Skanska Romania’s commercial department. He will be responsible for leasing and oversee the development process of Skanska’s regional office projects. Prior to joining Skanska Romania, Łapiński was a regional director for Skanska Poland. He joined the company in 2006 from Colliers International. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics.
