The Nordic Light office building on Váci út in Budapest is nearing completion. Skanska plans to deliver the first phase of the project in the spring of 2016, while the second phase will be completed in Q3 2016. The project will have a total leasable space of 26,200 sqm, divided into two buildings. The first will offer 6,600 sqm, while a 19,600 sqm building will follow. Tenants will be able to use a three-level underground car park with 404 spots. CBRE has been appointed the exclusive leasing agent for the scheme, which has received a Gold rating under the pre-certified LEED system.
