Skanska officially opened its second building at Green Court Bucharest. The €35m investment, offers 18,000 sqm on 12 floors as well as three underground levels, with 315 parking spots. The building is currently 72 percent leased. Tenants include Carrefour Romania, Sanofi, Colgate Palmolive Romania, Adecco Romania and RINF Outsourcing Solutions.
“This is the second important step in the life of Green Court Bucharest, and we are proud of the evolution,” says Marcin Łapiński, President of Skanska Property Romania. “In just two years, we managed to complete the first building, to rent it in full and to sell it, and now we are opening the second building.” Łapiński adds that Skanska hopes to have Building B fully leased by the end of the year.
