Skanska opened Green2Day in central Wrocław. The property offers 18,000 sqm of office space as well as parking for 232 vehicles. Tenants include Business Link, KPMG, Ultimo, Tieto, Natek and Enel-Med. Skanska was the general contractor. The cost of the investment was not disclosed. The property is the developer’s fifth office scheme in the city. The company’s first project, Grunwaldzki Center, was opened in 2009. This was followed by Green Towers (2012), Green Day (2014) and Dominikański (2016). Currently, Skanska is building Nowy Targ, an office building located on Św. Katarzyny street, as well as Centrum Południe on Powstańców Śląskich street.
