Skanska officially opened its Nordic Light offices along Budapest’s Váci Corridor in Budapest. The class A property is 80 percent leased. Tenants include Schneider Electric, M&C, Harman Becker, BASF, Monsanto, Mercedes-Benz and Cofidis Hungary. Nordic Light has already acquired LEED Gold certification.
