Skanska finalized acquisition of a brownfield site in Prague 8-Karlín from M2 Real Estate group. The developer plans to build a modern office project which will replace a former car repair shop. Praga Studios will offer 12,000 sqm of modern office space across seven floors. The scheme will be linked to Corso Court to create a public piazza for both local residents and employees. Skanska completed Corso Court in 2015 and sold it to Invesco.
