Construction and project development firm Skanska has announced the promotion of Sal Taddeo to chief operating officer overseeing civil construction operations. Taddeo will be responsible for the east region (including Washington, DC., New York, New Jersey, Boston, and Pittsburgh) as well as Midwest operations, expanding his current role beyond the Southeast. Taddeo has been with Skanska for 20 years, and most recently served as executive vice president of the Southeast region.
