Skanska Property Poland has launched the first phase of its Generation Park complex in Warsaw. Going up at the Daszyńskiego roundabout in the city’s Wola district, the project will provide nearly 84,000 sqm of offices in three buildings, including a 140-meter office tower with more than 44,000 sqm. The first phase of the project, called X Building, will deliver more than 21,000 sqm of space on 11 floors. Skanska expects to complete the building in the fourth quarter of 2017. The project is Skanska Property’s biggest CEE office scheme yet. JEMS architekci provided the design.
