Skanska Property Poland signed Infosys BPO for another 10 years at its Infosys Green Horizon office complex in Łódź. The agreement for over 21,000 sqm of space includes new lease terms for the area Infosys already occupies plus an additional 3,800 sqm of office space. Cushman & Wakefield, who advised the tenant, said the the agreement is the largest deal in the history of the Lodz office market. Infosys BPO Poland is the largest business service center in Łódź and one of the largest in Poland. Employees have already moved into the new area, located on the third floor of building B in the Green Horizon complex. From September, they will also occupy its second floor.
“The agreement reinforces our long-standing cooperation we’ve had with Infosys BPO. It is the biggest transaction in the history of the office market in Łódź as well as the largest lease agreement in the Polish office market in 2014.
