Skanska’s 70,000 sqm Spark scheme breaks ground in Warsaw

Skanska is kicking off its Spark scheme in Warsaw’s Wola district (in the Serek Wolski neighborhood), at the corner of Okopowej and Towarowa streets. Totaling nearly 70,000 sqm of space, the office project will be completed in three phases, including a 130-meter tower building. The project will provide new public areas, including amphitheater, according to a design provided by Kuryłowicz & Associates.
The 12,300 sqm building that will be first will be located near Karolkowa street, with completion expected in the first quarter of 2018. Skanska is handling both the construction and the leasing process.
