Skanska Property Poland announced its new project is getting underway in the center of Wrocław, on the Plac Dominikański Street. The project is to be Skanska’s second under construction in Wrocław, and the third in total it has been carrying out in the city so far. Its first one was the Grundwaldzki Center office building, delivered in the Reagan roundabout area, a project which was followed by the first phase of Green Towers. The second phase of the Green Towers is now on the way, with a commitment by Ernst & Young and Allegro Group to move in when the building opens by the beginning of 2013.
