Skanska has topped out its Malta House project in Poznań. The five-story office building is scheduled to go on-line later this year, adding 15,700 sqm of leasable space to the local property market. Construction has already wrapped up and the developer is now starting completion work.
‘“We see big interest in the project coming from the tenants,” said Łukasz Kaleciński, project manager at Skanska Property Poland. Malta House is Skanska’s first project in the Wielkopolska region. In addition to Malta, Skanska currently has projects in Warsaw, Wrocław, Łódź and Kraków.
