With Skanska’s newest office building Parkview two months away from opening, the project is now 80 percent leased. Located in the Pankrác district of Prague 4, an IT and a consulting company have newly agreed terms to deals that will mean just over 3,000 sqm of the 16,000 sqm is now available. Earlier, 25 percent of the building was chosen by IWG for its co-working concept Spaces. Parkview is a nine-story building by the New York-based architectural studio Richard Meier & Partners. Balconies for relaxation will run from the second to the eighth floor, offering tenants a place to relax. The rooftop terrace will offer a bar and grill and views of the Prague skyline. The project has been LEED Platinum certified.
