Skanska announced it plans to redevelop the old Regional Centre for Innovation and Transfer of West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin. By May 2013, it should have new offices, along with two conference rooms, retail units and two public reading rooms. A new library is to be built as well as part of the PLN 12m project, which will provide parking and green areas.
