The Polish antitrust regulator has approved Skanska Central Europe Holding’s takeover of PS Investment, the majority shareholder of Hotel Atrium, which owns the Westin Warsaw. Located on Aleje Jana Pawła street in the city center, the Westin offers 350 rooms. The 22-story project was delivered in 2003, with Skanska overseeing the construction. The investment cost €79.5m to deliver. The hotel’s Executive Club Lounge on 19th floor was recently renovated.
