Skanska is the first developer in Poland to receive the BREEAM certificate for a residential scheme. The first phase of Osiedla Mickiewicza project in Warsaw was awarded its Gold label this month, with Go4Energy overseeing the certification process. In all, the project will offer 497 flats that are to be delivered in four phases. The first phase will add 105 residential units to Warsaw’s Rudzka street, ranging between 28 sqm and 100 sqm of space. The developer plans to finish work on the apartments by the fourth quarter of 2016.
