Skanska finalized the takeover of property owned by Ilmet in Warsaw’s Wola district. Warsaw One project is also part of the deal. The transaction is said to be worth nearly € 43m. Knight Frank advised the seller in the transaction. The zoning allows for development of nearly 60,000 sqm of space. The Imtel building offers less than 20,000 sqm of useable space. The transaction has helped Skanska better position itself in the city’s emerging Wola office district, having already launched Generation Park and Spark projects near Rondo Daszyńskiego.
