Skanska has sold Campus 6.1, the first phase of an office project it is currently developing in Bucharest’s Central West submarket, to CA Immo for €53m. The scheme, Skanska’s second development in Bucharest, will include four buildings in total. Campus 6.1, which will be LEED Gold certified, is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of this year and is nearly completely leased, according to Skanska. The tenant list has not been released. The sale is expected to close by the end of this year. CA Immo was represented by Clifford Chance, PwC and REC, while Skanska was represented by Peli Filip and Dentons.
