In the second largest transaction since beginning of 2012 the developer Skanska Property Czech Republic sold City Green Court to the German property investment fund Deka Immobilien in a transaction worth €54.5m. The office building, located in Prague 4 – Pankrác, should be completed by the end of May. Roughly 95 percent of the 16,300 sqm of office space has been leased to tenants such as PriceWaterhouse Coopers, GlaxoSmithKline and Skanska. The ten years lease contract to PwC is one of the main attractions of the building from an investment perspective, together with its location in Prague 4 business district and LEED Platinum certificate. Skanska bought the project from ECM in planning stages two years ago for CZK 200m.
