Skanska sold the first office building at Generation Park in Warsaw to German investor Hansainvest Real Assets for €83m. Skanska was advised by Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield during the transaction process, while MF Capital advised HansaInvest Real Assets. The building was completed in November and offers 21,000 sqm of a leasable space. The whole complex will feature three office buildings with a total leasable area of 84,000 sqm and is expected to be Skanska’s largest office development in Central and Eastern Europe. The investment will be LEED Platinum certified.
