Skanska sold Building B in Green Court Bucharest to Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd. for €47m. The deal is expected to close by the end of the year. Green
Court Bucharest is located in the capital’s new central business district. It was commissioned for use in April. Building B offers around 18,600 sqm of leasable space. It is more than 80 percent leased to companies like Sanofi Romania, Adecco Romania, Carrefour Romania, Colgate Palmolive Romania, RINF Outsourcing Solutions.
