Skanska has sold its Green House office project in Budapest to the Hungarian open-ended property fund Torony Real Estate Investment Fund for €36m. Green House, Skanska’s sixth office project in Budapest, offers 17,800 sqm of leasable office space. It was completed in December 2012 and is currently 95 percent leased to companies like Avis Budget Group, MSCI and ABB. Green House is reportedly the only LEED Platinum-certified office building in Hungary. The landmark project offers a variety of in-house services and a proven cost efficient green operation. Torony Real Estate Investment Fund is managed by Diofa Fund Management, a member of FHB Group.
