Corwin Capital bought a residential project Skanska planned to build in Bratislava’s Devín neighborhood. The new owner has reduced the scale of the heavily criticized project and renamed it Záhrady Devín. Karol Martínek, the developer’s project manager, told Trend Reality that Corwin Capital’s reduce scope of the project will create a better quality of life for future residents. The project includes 42 plots where 22 villas, each with three apartments, will go up The units will sell at prices ranging from €200,000 to €260,000, or €1,800/sqm. Corwin Capital plans to break ground on the project within a month, with completion scheduled for summer 2016.
