Skanska Property Czech Republic has sold its Riverview office development in Prague 5-Smíchov to a German investment fund operated by Invesco Real Estate. The acquisition was finalized prior to its scheduled December completion. The price of the deal was not disclosed. The building is 90 percent leased to MSD, a pharmaceutical company that plans to open its IT Global Innovation Center at Riverview. Designed by the renowned Swedish architecture studio Tengbom, the seven-story building offers 7,000 sqm of office space and aims to secure LEED Gold certification. Invesco was advised by Colliers International, while JLL acted as Skanska’s sales agent. Legal advisors in the transaction were Wilson & Partners for the buyer and Dentons for the seller.
