Skanska has sold the first two buildings in its High5ive office complex in Kraków to the real estate fund manager Niam for €75m. The assets provide 23,400 sqm of space and are scheduled for completion in the first and in the second quarter of this year. The properties are currently leased to companies like Ocado and Business Link. High5ive will include five office buildings, totaling about 70,000 sqm of leasable space. The project is expected to receive LEED Gold certification.
