A new lease was signed to fill the space in Warsaw’s Green Corner with the company Grant Thornton, which took the total of 1,345 sqm of offices at the building. The global advisor now operates five offices in Poland, in Warsaw, Poznań, Wrocław and Katowice, employing 250 people. After completion, Green Horizon is to provide 27,000 sqm of new office space to downtown Warsaw. Skanska expects to complete its project next year, with the grand opening of Grant Thornton’s office scheduled for March.
