4 September 2015

Skanska Property Poland secured DLA Piper as its first tenant at its second Atrium office project in Warsaw. The international law firm will take more than 4,000 sqm on the top three top floors of the building, which is currently underway in the city’s CBD, near Rondo ONZ. Completion is set for the first quarter of 2016. The project will add 20,000 sqm of new commercial space to the Warsaw market. DLA Piper will move into the building in May. CBRE advised the tenant in the lease deal.

“Law firms located in Amsterdam and London more often than not choose open space models and new working place strategies. This trend is now evident in Poland as well. Such work organization provides enhancement in the culture of innovation, openness, flexibility, harmony as well as a work-life balance – qualities that DLA Piper complies with,” said Łukasz Kałędkiewicz, senior director of the office leasing agency at CBRE. “I am sure that this office, located in one of Warsaw’s most modern office buildings, will perfectly meet DLA Piper’s needs and enhance the company’s market position.”
