Skanska has pinned down a new tenant for Nordica, the office building it has developed in Ostrava. The holding company Right Power has signed a lease agreement for 730 sqm of office space as well as 30 parking spaces. The provider of electricity and energy consulting services for Slovakia and the Czech Republic is consolidating its activities by moving its subsidiaries Right Power Trading, Bicorn and Enigen into a single location. As of September, Right Power will join other tenants in Nordica Ostrava, such as Okin Group, UniCredit Leasing CZ, Grafton Recruitment and United Energy Coal Trading. “In connection with the consolidation of the Right Power, we wanted to centralize the staff from several buildings into one location to increase the flexibility of everyday working relations,” said Michael Landau, Head of Right Power. “At the same time, our company, which specializes in energy consulting, appreciates the building, which can reduce energy consumption by 30 percent.”
