Skanska Property Czech Republic has acquired āFIVE!ā, a development scheme in Pragueās AndÄl-SmĆchov district, from Hochtief Development Czech Republic. The price of the deal was not disclosed. The project, located on Na Valentince street, will offer approximately 14,500 sqm of leasable space. The purchase follows the successful leasing and sale of Skanskaās Riverview office project, also located in Prague 5. Hochtief was represented by DTZ, while JLL advised Skanska in the transaction. Legal advisors were Dentons for the purchaser and bnt attorneys-at-law for the seller.
