launched flat sales for the first phase of its residential project Port Karolína in Prague 8-Karlín. The project will offer a total of 580 flats in several seven-story apartment buildings that will be built in four phases. The first phase will add 147 one- to five-room units (30 to 168 sqm) to the market. Naďa Ptáčková, general director of Skanska Reality, says that nearly half of the flats were reserved prior to construction start. Flats in the second phase will go on sale this spring.
