Skanska broke ground on the second phase of its Campus 6 project in Bucharest’s Orhideea neighborhood. The two 11-story buildings, Campus 6.2 and Campus 6.3, will offer a total leasable area of approximately 37,600 sqm. Each building will also feature underground parking on two levels. Project costs are expected to exceed €76m. Delivery is scheduled for the third quarter of 2020.
