Green Day, Skanska’s third project in Wrocław is getting underway. The office building will deliver 16,000 sqm of new space on the corner of Wyszyńskiego and Szczytnickiej streets, along with a parking garage for 218 vehicles. The project is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2014. Meanwhile, Skanska’s Green Towers project is now 95 percent leased. The company’s other two Wrocław projects include the Grundwaldzki Center and an ongoing development on Plac Dominikański.
