Skanska signed a seven-year lease agreement for manufacturing and office space at Business Park Rudná. Skanska took 2,700 sqm of industrial space and 500 sqm of offices. 108 Agency brokered the deal for the landlord, K-Servis, which bought the property one and a half years ago from Heitman. Business Park Rudná includes 20 big boxes, totaling 150,000 sqm of logistics and industrial space. It is located at the D5 exit outside Prague.
