Skanska taking over 5,700 sqm in Warsaw from Boryszew

Skanska is taking over a 5,727 sqm property, located at Łucka 7/9 street in Warsaw, from WSE’s Boryszew company, according to the ISBNews press agency. The transaction, which is expected to close by the end of next month, is worth nearly PLN 96m. Skanska will take over the property if the city of Warsaw choses not to use its redemption rights for the project. Until now, there’s been plans to develop a total of 90,000 sqm of commercial space on the property, which is located next to the Łukca City and ArtNorblin schemes.
