Skanska Property has closed talks with the state-run bus operator PKS Poznań to take over a former bus station, located at the intersection of Matyi and Wierzbięcice streets in the city of Poznan. Valued at PLN 63.5m, the preliminary agreement has already been signed. Skanska plans to turn the the station into a business center dedicated to BPO and SSC sector. Having entered Poznań in 2010, Skanska’s development arm has delivered the office building Malta House in 2013, while its second investment, the Maraton office building, is currently underway on Królowej Jadwigi street. Its due to complete in the fourth quarter of 2016.
