Skanska to break ground on Generation Park this year

7 April 2014

Skanska Property Poland has presented the final design of its Generation Park in Warsaw. Slated to go up at the DaszyƄskiego roundabout, the project will offer 80,000 sqm of office space for 10,000 employees. The tallest building in the investment will measure 140 meters. The developer has already secured the zoning for the project and said it expects to start construction this year. The first phase of the project is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2016.

The plot, which once housed Poland’s Institute of National Remembrance, is located at the corner of Prosta, Towarowa, Ɓucka and Wronia streets. Skanska acquired the 13,000 sqm plot from the state-owned Ruch chain in 2012.
