Skanska will develop a production and storage facility in Gliwice for Johnson Matthey. The contract is worth PLN 128m. The scheme will include an administrative building with a laboratory for quality control, production and storage buildings as well as infrastructure. Construction is set to start this summer, with completion scheduled for the second half of 2019. Earlier this year, Skanska unveiled plans to invest more than $25m in the second phase of Nowy Rynek, a mixed-use project in western Poland.
