Skanska property has delivered the first office building of its project Court Green Bucharest. Completion of the first phase of the project will provide 19,500 sqm of rental space serviced by underground parking. The building is 90 percent leased by Schneider Electric and Orange Romania, who are due to relocate next spring. Marcin Lapinski, President of Skanska Property Romania says the project represents an investment of €46m and that work on the next second phase, due for completion next summer, is underway.
