Skanska is planning to develop a new office project called Brama Miasta in Łódź. Set to go up across from Łódź Fabryczna, Poland’s biggest underground railway station, the scheme will offer 40,000 sqm in two 15-story office buildings. Skanska is also working on Nowa Fabryczna, the first office building under construction at its Nowe Centrum Łodzi project. “We are strongly linked to Łódź. We have been developing modern space for business in the city for over five years now. A total of up to 10,000 specialists will be employed in all of the office buildings developed by our company in Łódź,” said Arkadiusz Rudzki, managing director of Skanska Property Poland.
