Skanska Property Poland is breaking onto the Kraków market with a new €32m, 10-story office project. Construction of the 30,000 sqm building is set to begin later this year. Skanska expects to complete the project in two years. The first phase of the project is set to be delivered in the third quarter of 2013, adding 12,200 sqm of new space to the local office market. Construction is expected to cost €26m.
