In a deal estimated at €100m, Skanska is in talks to sell the last two buildings in its Campus 6 office project in Bucharest. Shikun & Binui and another potential buyer, whose name has not been disclosed, are currently negotiating with the Swedish developer, according to local news reports. Campus 6.2 and Campus 6.3 are currently under construction. Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of next year. The buildings will offer 19,800 sqm and 17,800 sqm respectively. Skanksa sold the 22,000 sqm Campus 6.1 to CA Immo for €53m last year.
