Skanska is set to break ground on the third phase of its Silesia Business Park in Katowice in the second quarter, according to the developer’s regional leasing director, Marek Stasieńko. The entire scheme will add 46,000 sqm of leasable space in four buildings to Chorzowska street. Located near Silesia City Center, the business park’s Building A was delivered in the third quarter of 2014. Building B is scheduled for completion in September, while the third phase should be completed by September 2016.
