Skanska Property is planning to break ground on an office project called Visionary in Prague 7-Holešovice at the beginning of next year. The building, set to go up opposite the Nádraží Holešovice metro station, will offer 22,000 sqm of office space in two office towers connected by a pedestal with an underground parking garage. Skanska will start construction speculatively thanks to in-house financing from Skanska banka. Project manager Jan Šulc says Visionary has already attracted the attention of a few companies looking for space ranging between 4,000 sqm and 15,000 sqm. The investment is expected to total €40m.
