Skanska has reportedly launched a take over process over Warsaw’s Westin hotel. Polish media are reporting that Skanska Central Europe Holding has already asked Poland’s Office of Competition and Consumer Protection to approve the takeover of SPS Investment, the majority shareholder of Hotel Atrium, which owns the Westin.
Located on Aleje Jana Pawła street in the city center, the Westin offers 350 rooms. The hotel’s Executive Club Lounge on 19th floor was recently renovated.
